How does this place earn anything above one star? The service is incredibly slow, the staff is unfriendly, and there always seems to be something out of order. This restaurant really needs new management, or it should be replaced with something better. It's probably the worst Dunkin' Donuts I've ever visited, and that's saying a lot! View all feedback.
The staff was very polite and happily remade my drink without any issues.

Polite employees and have restored my drink without problems.
The server lied to me when I asked if the milk I was given was what I paid for. It was whole milk, and I have lactose intolerance.
