Every time I go to pick up a DoorDash order, they always have an excuse for why it will take another 30 minutes. When I spoke to the manager, her response was to suggest that I decline the order and not return, which clearly didn’t bother her at all. The service, and particularly the customer service provided by the manager, was very poor. When I asked for her name, she refused to share it.
