The food was good and they have good customer service. Only reason they got 5 stars is cause they need a little order in there. Like everyone is just doing stuff but don't know exactly what they should be doing. View all feedback.
What Anthony Navarro doesn't like about Kfc:
Food was hot and delicious. Service was mediocre and kinda rude. Atmosphere was horrible music was so loud i could barley hear myself think I was trying to talk on the phone waiting for good and I had to speak loud just for my phone call to hear me View all feedback.
I decided to grab KFC on Saturday night, and it turned out to be the worst experience I've ever had. The chicken was stale and lacked crispiness; it felt like it had been prepared the day before and was excessively greasy. The salad was soggy, and the corn had an unusual color. This was easily the worst KFC I've ever tried—almost everything ended up in the trash. If you're craving fried chicken, I would advise against going there.
The food was delicious, and the customer service was excellent. The only reason I'm giving them 5 stars is that they could use a bit more organization. It felt like everyone was busy but not entirely clear on their specific tasks.
Service has gone way down hill. I ordered 2 spicy chicken meals with a large drink. First of all they have me medium drinks. It was a to go order I waited about 45 minutes and besides me there were only 2 other people in there. I went to the register absasked where my food was that's She informed me they just sold the last spicy chicken sandwich to someone in the drive throughand asked if it works be OK if I had chicken strips on the sandwich instead I was ready to go so I agreed. What they gave me inplace of my sandwiches was 4 tiny sliders. I won't be back there for a long while if ever
The food was hot and delicious, but the service was only average and a bit rude. The atmosphere was quite unpleasant; the music was so loud that I could hardly think. I was trying to talk on the phone while waiting for my food, and I had to raise my voice just for the person on the other end to hear me.
I really don?t know how this place stays open. Drove up at close to 6PM and was told I?d have to wait 35 minutes for chicken. Not the first time. I?ll bet in the course of a year at least half a dozen times or more. I?ll be glad when Popeye?s chickenopens. I?ve never had that experience with them!
