Kfc
Description
A popular fast-food spot with standout moments—piping-hot, tasty chicken and attentive staff—but marred by inconsistent quality, occasional stale/greasy items, limp sides, loud music and slow or error-prone service. Long waits, order mix-ups and organizational confusion coexist with excellent customer care at times. Good for quick takeout or chicken-sandwich seekers who accept variability; those seeking quiet, reliable service may be disappointed.

I chose to get KFC on Saturday night, and it turned out to be the worst experience I've ever had. The chicken was stale and lacked any crispiness; it felt like it had been cooked the day before and was way too greasy. The salad was limp, and the corn had an odd color. This was undoubtedly the worst KFC I've ever been to—almost everything went straight into the trash. If you're in the mood for fried chicken, I strongly recommend looking elsewhere.
The food was fantastic, and the customer service was top-notch. I'm giving them 5 stars, but I think they could improve on organization. It seemed like everyone was working hard, but there was some confusion about who was responsible for what.
I honestly don’t understand how this place stays open. I arrived around 6 PM and was told I’d have to wait 35 minutes just to get chicken. This isn’t the first time either—I’d say it’s happened at least half a dozen times over the past year. I’m looking forward to when Popeyes opens nearby because I’ve never had to wait like this there!
The service has really gone downhill. I ordered two spicy chicken meals with a large drink, but they gave me medium drinks instead. It was a takeout order, and I waited around 45 minutes even though there were only two other customers inside. When I asked at the register about my order, I was told they had just sold the last spicy chicken sandwich to someone in the drive-thru. They offered to substitute chicken strips, and since I was ready to leave, I agreed. However, instead of the sandwiches, I was given four tiny sliders. I definitely won’t be coming back anytime soon, if at all.
The food at KFC was hot and tasty, but the service was just average and somewhat rude. The atmosphere was uncomfortable, with music so loud that it was hard to concentrate. While waiting for my order, I tried to talk on the phone but had to raise my voice for the person on the other end to hear me. The menu offered good options, but the overall experience was diminished by the noisy environment and lackluster service.
