The food here is incredible—it's definitely the best in Hobbs! Some might consider it a bit pricey, but everything seems to be expensive these days. Seafood often comes with a higher price tag, but I assure you, this restaurant is a must-visit. View all feedback.
What Yazmin Olivas doesn't like about Barracudas:
I had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant due to the poor service from both the staff and the owner. Our dishes were served about 30 minutes apart, and we were charged for items that never arrived. When I addressed the issue with the owner, she was rude and refused to take responsibility, instead offering excuses for the poor service. The overall attitude was very unprofessional. The food is very bland, our tacos were just regular non marinated meat. What ticked me is having to pay full price for two specialty drinks that had not a drop of alcohol in them when we asked and shown ID’s. Lastly, I won’t be returning here if it’s a regular thing for waitresses to take your card from out the restaurant and into there personal vehicle, It was canceled.
This place a big let down for me and my wife. I ordered raw oysters because I love raw oysters but I went as far as eating 2 of them they tasted so bad I was afraid of getting food poisoning. Everything could of been better.
So good! Got a spicy ceviche. Favorite meal I've had in Hobbs.Service was fine. Beers were cold. Food was awesome.Definitely going back.
Over cooked everything, they must also not know what salt is. Beer was not cold at all.
Costly for the quality of the food. The service was not great, and drinks are served in bottles. Will not visit again.
