What Dominic Keebler doesn't like about Wrest Point Coffee Shop:
We ordered Squid as an entree for $ 15-50/each. It arrived on a small plate with 4 tired sallad leaves, 3 tiny squids and a couple of cut up pieces of squid, which were very chewy, in a really fatty sauce, with a very fatty chili dip.How are you supposed to eat that?? View all feedback.
Went here rather than the super-occupied buffet, ordered the basket of the fisherman and the Missus got the salmon. The staff was very attentive, I believe we were asked how everything was about five times. The seafood were, as they would expect, nothing amazing, but still delicious. The salmon was served crispy skin ... on a bread bed that made the skin so crisp, but everything tasted fine. Maybe a little about priorities, but everywhere in Tassie seems to be so far. Worth a look, but I could go to the buffet next time.
Sign this place for Gordon Ramsays Kitchen nightmares. Shameful. Grief Grief $ 30 for a seafood basket, which was all out of the freezer and not much on the plate is unacceptable. Grief Grief No worth 10 dollars at a local chippo. Grief So many fresh products within 500m. Grief Grief
Pretty random cafeteria like setup. Breakfast buffet with all usual options. Nothing special, but there is a good variety. The cereal / cereal was quality with yogurt and the candied walnuts. Do not bother to get your coffee here. Grief Beautiful view over the harbor handy!

A great atmospheric bar beside the main entrance to Wrest Point. Fantastic drinks and very active but very tight crowd due to popularity
