They were quite large, but 95% of the filling... read more It is so easy to make delicious rice paper rolls, also from a beginner from a recipe book. What a disappointment. They were quite large, but 95% of the filling was Bland Vermicelli rice. And only a small scratch of mint, a toothpick size... Carrot of mint and a tiny jug at the other end. The peanut dipping sauce did not help. Couldn't end this in the bin. I notice that other reviewers had similar disappointments. Yes, unphogettable.

The rice paper rolls are 95% noodles, the pho watery with no taste of broth and the beef is like mince! Only recommendable for people who don’t...know about Vietnamese food, which i assume is the majority of people who write these reviews, given the aforementioned certificate.

I was not so impressed with the rice paper rolls, whilst the Vietnamese prawn pancakes were greasy. However, the pho was excellent great stock and noodles, with the right dash of spice and herbs.
