What Eric W likes about Thai Garden Restaurant:
I went to that restaurant two days ago. I came from Sydney and came to stay at a nearby motel at Newtown. It was the only nearby Thai food restaurant. They made great penning chicken with great spring rolls. I would like to try their Thai fish cakes in the future when I came for my police exams again. View all feedback. What peter b doesn't like about Thai Garden Restaurant:
We dined here while in Hobart as it was one of the few places open at the time. We cannot recommend it. The food was adequate but the vegetables were the frozen variety and it was nothing like genuine Thai cooking. View all feedback.

read moreLocated in Hobart, this Thai restaurant offers a mixed dining experience according to its reviews. Some diners found the food to be lacking in authenticity and flavor, commenting on frozen vegetables and bland dishes. However, others praised the warm and friendly atmosphere, excellent service, and extensive menu. The restaurant was noted for its vegetarian options, as well as dishes like red curry with duck and chicken roast rice. Customers also appreciated the affordable prices, tasty dishes such as spring rolls and stir-fried prawns, and the simplicity of the decor. Overall, while opinions were varied, this cozy local spot seems to have something for everyone, whether looking for a comforting taste of home or exploring new Thai flavors.
