A contemporary venue with friendly and attentive staff. Menu is small but cutting edge highlight ING the very best of Tasmanian produce. A small list of Tassie beers and wines along with a cracking **** Mary. One of the few available all day in Hobart.
Great food. Definitely a place I will be coming back to when I'm back in Hobart. It was really busy but it was worth the wait. Nice location
Went to smolt as had heard good reviews,ordered chicken salad,it was very disappointing!!!!It was served with roasted carrot plus a heap of raw carrot ribbons on top..was supposed to come with avocado,I got 2 insignificant pieces in it..the chicken looked fake and had a weird taste.The service was great but the food was not good,will not be going back!!!

I went to Smolt a few weeks ago with my partner and his parents. We had told them ahead of time that I am vegan and they catered so well to my dietary requirements. Delicious food and very nice staff!
