Contribute FeedbackThe reviews for Magic Curry Restaurant are mixed. Some diners were disappointed by the small portions and lack of atmosphere, describing the food as tasteless and overcooked. However, others raved about the delicious dishes such as the butter chicken and the lamb chops. The service received high praise from multiple reviewers, with one even getting a lift back to their hotel from the owner. While the decor was not highly praised, the overall consensus is that this is a nice little restaurant worth a visit for those looking for good Indian cuisine in Hobart.
My favorite restaurant when I visited hobart. the chicken cure is good again. have also loved the naan and the team is very cool. 100% would recommend.
We were just looking for something tasty, warm and good dinner, as the cold weather came in. this place does not have the most inviting entrance, nor is the decor and layout of the restaurant that is exciting. but eating was really, really good. and the service was also fantastic. my man would return alone for the lammers, and he is an expert. I highly recommend going here, especially in a cold night.
A small place and easy to miss. family restaurant. eating was amazing! samosas were excellent. I had the lamb rogan josh for head and the deceit had the chicken corma. both meals were really good.
I found the main course disappointing. there are more rice than main course in their meal times. Apparently the rice is free. the portions are too small without tear. disappointment
This is, hands down, the best Indian restaurant I have been to. Nawabi Lamb is to die for. Friendly staff, brilliant location. I wish you were closer to home.
