The service is really bad, slow and uneffective. You have to continuously call for attention and wait a lot for every request. The food is too much elaborate without reason. We ate in the Embers restaurant whilst staying in the Best Western. We both had pizzas and both were really tasty, cooked in the wood fired pizza oven. Staff were very attentive and service was excellent. View all feedback.
