Dubsy's - Hobart
Dubsy's
Description
Nestled near a renowned museum, this restaurant serves up a mixed bag of dining experiences. Diners find the burger prices steep, with vegetarian options available, including a notable chocolate chip cookie. Yet, dissatisfaction looms over the quality; reports of dry, tasteless meat substitutes and lackluster chips abound. While some appreciate the lively atmosphere, many leave craving a more satisfying meal. Negative experiences overshadow the inviting setting, leading to speculation that the food may be an intentional artistic commentary. Patrons often advise bringing a packed lunch instead, as the culinary offerings leave much to be desired.

The burgers are definitiw on the pricier side, but after a long day of venting through mona it is nice to get some warm:) the burgers are vegetarian friendly, I personally had the chocolate chip cookie, schroom burger and a bowl chips, it was a very filling meal for 1 unfortunately the charged pommes would not be on camp times. P.s of the chocolate chip cookie also had a bit caramel on the bottom, so it was soft, but a bit crisp.
The burger was fantastic and the customer service was excellent. Even though I'm not a vegetarian, it tasted amazing.
I ate here 2 months ago, and this place is so bad that I still can't get over it. it made my whole mona a negative experience. good eating could be a little for the very average museum experience. I think other reviews say it all, but let me repeat, there is no warning that they get a dry, indigestible, meat substitute burger. it's wrong advertising. then you have to sit in the hot sun that shoots on it, and that's when you find a place. I'm a tasman, and I just claimed my restitution for this terrible overload.
