Went yesterday for lunch. Bread and Tasmanian virgin olive oil came with the bubbles. My entrée was sashimi (local fresh fish), vegetable pickles, fresh wasabi. My second course was ocean trout with crab. Side dishes were potatoes and fresh greens. We shared the panacotta. All courses were delicious. Presentation and service excellent. We had Josef Chromy Relbia bubbles and a Glenayr Cab and Ghost Rock Chardonay to a... View all feedback.

Two of us have decided to go to training college to eat lunch. The students were kind on arrival. The menu was passed and then we were left for a while. We were served two courses in just one hour and at the time the third course was served, it was an hour and 45 minutes. So if you're for a cozy lunch, that's the place to go. I have the opportunity to eat lunch at the Drysdale restaurant during my Tasmania visit, and I do not hesitate to call it one of the best lunch I had. I have no words to describe the taste of food on words. The restaurant has an amazing atmosphere. I was amazed to see the restaurant environment. The staff were very professional and friendly. Most were the hospitality students. I enjoyed every bite of food I had. Salmon was so fresh and juicy. Potatoes were delicious. The desert was also amazing. Thank you for great food and hospitality .
A group of 24 ladies went to Drysdale Restaurant for lunch. The seats were well arranged, white tablecloths covered the tables, no wrinkles. Small bottles contained dried Australian flora, beautiful. Our drinks were served in flawless lustre glasses. Meals were attractive, well cooked and not too big. All nutritional requirements have been taken into account, gluten-free, milk-free on the menu. The students were charming, intrusive and no failures. We had a wonderful time, thank you.
I had a fantastic experience at this restaurant. The food was delicious, the staff was amazing, and I had a great time in the private room with friends. Kudos to the cooking students, hospitality students, and the chef for a job well done!
Beautiful space, a part of the TAFE, where students show their hard learned skills. We went to a chic dinner where the cooking menu 's 'Bush foods', which presents super tasty and beautiful. If you get the chance, enter it!
I love seeing how far their talents are going and trying the food.. Great training place
