Quiet Thursday night eats. Korean gameshow hosts jabbering away on the TV, quick service, polite. The Kloud Korean beer was great. For entree had the Fried Pork Dumplings with cabbage, chives and snipped sweet potato noodles ($7), Mains, the Dolpot Bibimbap ($15) This was served with a little dishes of kimchi, pickled garlic shoots and macaroni salad, sounds weird, but it worked really well. A flask of chilled white... View all feedback.
What Abdullah Sipes doesn't like about Arirang Korean & Chinese Restaurant:
The service was bad, really bad. I am not sure why every other table was served with a side dish of kimchi, but we didn't get one. One of the waiters was rude. We order one korean spicy beef and vegetable soup. The soup was...very watery and we only get one or two slices of beef. Overall: bad View all feedback.
Unprofessional. Customer service not available. Eating is Sub par has too much MSG in it. The price is appropriate. Grief It is rather disappointing, since I have a compatriots I really wish that Korean restaurants can offer excellent foods and services in Australia.
To see is to believe that The only Korean restaurant in Hobart. I am so picky for the food that BUTIT fits very well. The food that is especially the soup (Jjigae) is so authentic. I will recommend this restaurant on my friends.
As the only Korean restaurant in Hobart (to date), it was a disappointing experience. We ordered bulgogi & rice, chicken katsu & king dumplings. We were the only customers yet it look a very long time to receive our food. Non existent service with no customer engagement. The food was very average - however my kids liked it. They like bland, non creative food. I would not recommend to anyone who wants authentic Korean food.
Since you have changed your menu and management, the service is no longer and the food disappointing. Went with my friend for lunch and although she had an open sign, the waiter insisted on waiting for her family until her family ended her lunch before serving us! We have been waiting for almost half an hour so you end your "family business" before us, and only then decides to take our order! This is the first time that I have experienced a restaurant that tells the customer to wait because they have lunch (first and foremost, why an open sign plans?). The family was obviously in the interruption of their family lunch, and the waitress seemed annoying to serve us. When the food came, it did not taste as big as before; Fad and different. It is a disappointment that the food was wavery before changing the management and the menu. Probably that the last time will be visited with my friends here.
From the beginning to the end, customer service was not available. Nothing authentically about the food was very average and lacked an aroma. The prices are totally over the top, definitely you would like to avoid the Kimchi pancakes, actually I ask, I only ask that you just do not go there, possibly the worst Korean food I've ever had anywhere in the world. This is the first time that I have ever posted on every site, it's bothered.
