What Sasha ABITAN doesn't like about Cicis Pizza:
Came in at around 8:40, posted closing time of 10pm. They were already closing the restaurant, standing in the doorway with sour looks when people approached. Most pizzas were stale at this point and if they ran out they did not replenish them. The only pizza I wanted was cheese and I was able to get 3 very small, old slices. Since they have reopened the pizza isn't as good as I remember and the price is kind of high if you don't plan on eating enough to get your moneys worth. I understand inflation but it's pizza it was around $40.00 for 2 kids and myself to eat with drinks and I will say we did not eat 40.00 worth of pizza! Most of the drinks were out but when I told the employee they changed them out immediately. I definitely miss the old Cicis Pizza!

Food was mid asl but decent for how much it was. The staff were very nice though especially the manager Naomi!
I was very pleased with the services We received from the CiCi’s in Hixson, Tn. My daughter and I dined in and I ordered a specialized pizza because I don’t eat pork. Unfortunately, upon my first bite I noted it had sausage on it, but fortunately Neri (General Manager) was kind enough to to remake my order and he upgraded the usual personal pan to a large pizza to take home! I am very thankful of his hospitality and that of the rest of the crew. The environment was clean, good music and great quality food! Everything was fresh and fast, drink machine clean and working properly, and games were in working order
