I must say, this is some of the best Tapas I've EVER had; and I'm someone who's been to Spain many times. We were left waiting 15 minutes for our booked table, however we were offered some draught beers on the house. The waitress was very knowledgeable about the menu, as well as the daily specials. The food was fantastic and will definitely be high on my list for food when I return to Hitchin.
