After checking out the marketplace, I realized there weren't many dinner options available. However, I spotted a Pizza Express nearby, and since it wasn't busy, I decided to give it a shot. The server welcomed me with warmth and was very helpful right from the start. The restaurant was clean, and the background music created a lovely ambiance. My food came out quickly and was served hot, but most importantly, it was absolutely delicious.

A truly stunning example of a pizza express restaurant, the food is always very well presented, with great quality and at a very reasonable price i was there for a birthday meal with friends and we had a great experience. (even got a cake with candles on it)... The restaurant is situated in the middle of hitchin town centre (on the market square) all on one level, exquisitely lit, very intimate, excellent service by very well trained staff, all who are always happy to help and with smiles on their faces a nice change for a chain restaurant. Very well recommended.
