Hitoshi was absolutely great. The fish was fresh and each dish was unique in its own way. The cook and the staff did not speak English, but they were all very friendly and tried to explain what we eat. It was a beautiful experience. It definitely deserves his Michelin! View all feedback.

The best restaurant I have ever visited in Japan: great service, beautiful surroundings and 100 excellent food. Booth's presentation, menu variation and precise taste was just perfect. I will come back, although I live in Denmark
