The staff was friendly and attentive, and the chips and queso were great. The only disappointment was that the wings were a bit dry. They had good flavor,but they weren't as moist as I would have liked. There were ton of TVs for sports, which was great. Overall, I had a goodexperience at Taco Mac.

Our server was the best she kept up with 12 people consistently. (I wish i remember her name, acute white girl though ???? . The Taco Mac hit the spot last night thanks. I know the food industry is hard, especially now since Covid but this one takes th... read more I have never seen so much disorganization in a food establishment in my life. I know the food industry is hard, especially now since Covid but this one takes the cake. I ordered my food online as a to go order and showed up about 20 min after the orderwas placed. The guy informed me that they were still working on my black beans and rice (ordered with tacos, so tacos are doneat this point). I go back to the car and watch an entire 40 minute episode of a show on Netflix and come back in to check on it,we are somehow still waiting for black beans and rice. I go back to the car for another 15. I come back in to check and see thatwe are still waiting for black beans and rice, so I stand there to wait to let them know I?m still here. It?s been an hour andmy tacos are just sitting getting cold. The man gives me my food. Well I live 7 min from this establishment. I get home and myblack beans are INEDIBLE!!!! Burnt to a crisp! Clearly they?d been sitting in this cooker for a LONG time and it was probably atthe bottom of it. I?m waiting this long for food that ain?t even fresh. Let?s talk about the rice- I?ve had Taco Mac?s cilantrolime rice at other locations and it?s always good. This rice- also the bottom of the cooker. Hard pieces, over cooked, clumpedtogether? I?m like wow, the tacos have to be better than this even though they?d been sitting. I?m wrong, the onions are Thrownall over the place. Only two of the three tacos have cheese on it. I noticed as I was standing waiting for the food that most ofthe people working in the kitchen look clueless, can?t find things, one girl is moving so slow as if she?s got nothing better todo. People look like they?re bumping into each other. I mean it?s like movie level disorganization. This was my 3rd attempt atgiving this location a shot but 3 strikes. Very disappointed. I wouldn?t feed this food to an animal.

It is the most disorganized and inconsistent location of the ones I frequent. Multiple times the beer I?ve chosen is not the beer I?ve been given and the foodis rarely the same. Sometimes they add jalapeños to the guacamole (sometimes they don?t). Sometimes they?ll add flour tortillasto the trio dip or chicken tinga nachos (sometimes they don?t). Portion sizes also vary each visit. I prefer Woodstock,kennesaw, and Marietta but Hiram is less than 5 mins from my house. The food is good when it?s correct

The Takeout/To-Go section is conveniently located,has a waiting section with chairs, and has a curbside window so that you can wait in your car for your order. I really like the setup. Thefood is amazing. The BbQ wings, Lemon Pepper, and Spicy Garlic wings were really good. I will definitely be back to order anddine-in.
