Starbucks Coffee - Hiram

Every day I came to this store, it was a pleasant experience. I enjoy the welcoming atmosphere and overall good energy. Staff in this business are hard working, friendly and enthusiastic. From ordering my favorite drinks to ask for recommendations to get my order in a fast and timely fashion and to correct this business, makes a wonderful task. I highly recommend when you are in the area that you stop and feel the joy that this starbucks is.

I’m here to give a huge shout out to Rae. She’s more/beyond customer service savvy, she genuinely cares. I’m new to Uber and when I came in she saw the lost look on my face and took the wheel! Out of all of the people in there she’s the only one who acknowledged me. Thank you, Rae, you’re stellar!

Impeccable service today! This location looks fully staffed with happy employees. The hospitality industry is struggling right now in general so it was very refreshing to have cheery and quick service. Great job!

I stopped by for an ice cream coffee and a pastry, and although the place wasn't busy, the service was rather slow. While I received my ice cream coffee fairly quickly, the counter was not clean—there was a recent spill that seemed to be ignored. Additionally, the staff member in charge of heating the pastries appeared to be slow and a bit disorganized.

I always enjoy visiting this Starbucks! It's the only location that consistently prepares the Iced Brown Sugar Oatmilk Shaken Espresso just right. Plus, the staff is always fantastic! I highly recommend it—10 out of 10!
