We had delivered our meal. My husband ordered the chopped steak (Med-well), came well made with 1tbls Gravy (on the side), 1/4 c Maische Potatoes. I ordered classic burgers (Med-well) with grilled onions (paid extra for this) cheese, salad, tomatoes. Burger was very well made, no grilled onions, little to no cheese. I will not be placing any more orders from this restaurant for at least a month. As a DoorDash driver, I encountered a very rude manager and an equally unhelpful employee at the pick-up window. I'm not only providing a service for their customers, but I'm also representing their business, and it's unacceptable for their staff to treat me poorly. It's essential to show respect to everyone involved in the process, whether they are customers or delivery drivers. I understand that they may be busy, but that doesn’t excuse rudeness toward those who help serve their clientele and support their establishment.
Amazing Tasha and fascinating bartender Steven were amazing and made my first experience in an O'Charlies wonderful! Great service and a smile on my face. We got engaged last month!
O'Charley's in Hiram on Jimmy Lee Smith Parkway is amazing! Their $4 margaritas are fantastic! The Chicken Cajun Pasta deserves a perfect 10 out of 10. Our waitress Sheila was wonderful too! Overall, the food and service are top-notch and very affordable. I was on my lunch break and managed to eat in just 45 minutes! It's definitely worth a visit! I'll be back, possibly tomorrow!
