Ichiban Buffet - Hiram

Great space for California roles. I look forward to my next visit between working dates. Can be visited earlier!

The buffet may not be large, but the food is absolutely delicious. Everything is wonderfully seasoned and remains very fresh. The sushi selection is surprisingly extensive and is also quite tasty. The service was excellent, and the prices are reasonable. We will definitely be adding this place to our regular spots!

I had a late lunch today after not visiting in a while. The food was just as fresh and delicious as I remembered. The coconut shrimp is fantastic! Although the menu is small, there are plenty of varied options. Overall, it was a really enjoyable experience.

Lunch is definitely the best time to visit this restaurant. I've been there for both lunch and dinner, and I often find that they forget to stamp my card, but that's not a huge deal. At least they keep the place clean. The lunch options are consistently fresh and well-stocked, while dinner tends to be lacking in variety. I noticed that the prices vary each time I visit, which is a bit odd. Still, I really enjoy this place for lunch!
