Kye and the manager were amazing!!!!! I placed an order online. 2 of them. The first one was within the window to pick up tonight and the other was not but I didn't realize it until I hit the pay button. I explained my situation upon picking up my order and it was Kye and her angel to the rescue. Her they are ready to close and they made my order anyway. I love it!!! Always love firehouse and round up for the local firefighters but what happened to day is ridiculous. I was paying with a debit card and the transaction kept canceling because I didn’t want to leave a tip. It would ask and I said none and it would just cancel the transaction. On the 3rd time I put a tip and lo and behold it went through. I get tipping for certain business and services but fast food is not one of them... View all feedback.
