The staff is always pleasant and the food quality is consistently good. I am able to customize my sandwich based on my dietary restrictions so this has been a go to for a filling, tasty lunch or dinner. This is by far our favorite spot for subs in Hiram. We come here all the time! Today, we visited with our three kids in the evening, and when we were sitting outside, the wonderful staff offered us some sunglasses to help us see better. Thank you for that!

We were in the Firehouse in Hiram today. An elderly woman was sitting alone when a young man named William brought her sandwich out , she tried to give him a tip of what looked like $5 bill and a bunch of ones, he very politely refused to accept it. Such s nice thing to witness ! Very kind , polite employee.
