I have visited a couple other stores, but The Hiram Dunkin is the best!! Although facility is very small for the amount of people visiting, service is always prompt and staff very friendly. What User doesn't like about Dunkin':
I actually love this DD location, but I don't like that you have to tell some of the newer servers to let the coffee brew all the way before pouring; it doesn't come out right and sometimes I have to have them remake it the right way. View all feedback.
The restaurant was extremely crowded, but the staff handled it very well. This was my first time trying an apple pastry after visiting other bakeries that didn't have any filling. The selection at this restaurant is great, with a Dunkin section available on weekends. However, when I visited on a weekday, only two sections were filled and the options were limited. Perhaps this is a weekend-only thing. Despite the lack of variety, I couldn't resist getting a donut and ice cream.
Kids working and talking to their friends. Took a little time to get my one ice coffee.Not the normal crew I'm use too.Coffee was good though.
I don’t know what has happened to this location, but the last several times I’ve been they have made my drink very wrong. They do not know how to make an iced mocha latte. It comes out like a black coffee with chocolate syrup. It’s supposed to look like chocolate milk. Then they argue with you that it’s right. I’ve gotten these for years and they were always right before. They have messed up my sons order several times now also. Please train your employees!
Pros: the people were courteous and got my order rightCons: the drive-thru entrance was designed by Satan himself. It is small and requires the line for the drive-thru speaker to back up into the retail parking lot behind the Dunkin Donuts. I’m sure the confusion and congestion has caused issues for drivers shoppers in the past.
For mobile orders just know you need to place them about 30-45 mins in advance or else if you are in a rush you will never get them. I had been giving them 20 mins or so, and never had it been ready upon pickup, and they appear fully staffed, with mobile orders coming out after mine. Not sure if they go in order... I think they lose tickets. All the ones out and ready were tagged as being placed well after I placed mine. I’m tired of throwing $5 every morning having to leave with only my half the order or none of the order bc waiting an additional 15 mins when you already have them 20 is unacceptable, and they’re not even working on it. Forget the drive through bc I stopped doing that a while ago when I didn’t have an extra hour to wait there, either. Other locations have not been this bad so consistently.
