What User doesn't like about Tim Hortons:
This is perhaps one of the worst Tim Hortons in Canada - was busy with long lineups and only one till open - and to make things worse, cashiers are not familiar with their own menu! Took 40 minutes to get our food and everything was messed up - no wedges, garden salad on bun instead of bagel, 3/4-cup of bad tasting iced capp, etc. Definitely needs improvement. View all feedback.
Food is meh, donuts weren't great and had a very small selection. but the pace was packed and the workers were very efficient in getting the customers taken care of.
I don’t know what happened to Tim Hortons but it’s definitely not the same. What do they think we all want a double double!? I sure as hell don’t! Every time I ask for 1 sugar, 1 cream, you can’t even till there’s even coffee in there it’s so white! Always fresh! That’s bull! Don’t think you’re supposed to be able to crack open bread…
It's an okay place to get a bit drink, but mostly it's reliable and one knows what to expect, both for price and quality. I like the tea, but the doughnuts are forgettable. The parking lot at this one usually has space, although it can be awkward. It's easy to get to from the highway. And it's right where I need a drink when driving from Edmonton to Jasper.
We stopped here to get coffee as we still had about 3 hours of driving ahead of us to get to Edmonton. They were fairly busy even though this would have been after any lunch rush (I'd think). Still, they were efficient and served up the coffee quickly. We parked and went in, though they did have a dirve-thru. The restaurant is located on a sort of access road adjacent to Hwy 16. From the highway, you turn off at a light and then make almost an immediate right onto this road. There are a number of other businesses on the road also. Dodging the parked and parking semi-trucks was the biggest challenge in accessing Tim Horton's.
An awesome Timmie’s the farmers wrap I got was delicious and the cashiers were very energetic and kind. Definitely worth a quick stop
