What User doesn't like about Starbucks:
This restaurant consistently messes up orders. Be sure to check your order before leaving, especially if you're in a hurry. I paid $19 for three grande chai lattes that turned out to be plain chai teas without any sweetener. They also gave me a plastic lidless cup that spilled all over my car. Once upon a time they were good, but that changed within the past few years. First, we had a problem with the manager after ordering and paying for items and then finding out they were not available (that happened quite a few times and she would not refund us). Then they often didn't have the things we wanted available at all. Now they no longer allow order ahead which doesn't work well when you need to make specific orders and want to choose specific things on the app so the baristas can understand (because they don't often understand in person). And the other day they told us that the sprouted grain bagel (the only vegan bagel) is discontinued, which it's not... maybe they don't carry it anymore, but it's not discontinued. We have decided to not even try with this Starbucks anymore.
The drive through was slow, and the barista had no idea what was going on, had to repeat everything 3 times. Also the drive through is so narrow, with over grown bushes on the right, and a sharp curb on the right! I’ve damaged rims on two different trucks. Trim the bushes and slope the curb, next time I’ll be sending a bill for the wheel repair.
7 people behind the counter and no one interested in taking our order.
This location used to be a good place to stop for coffee. The building is very nice. However, it now does not accept mobile orders, you cannot scan your rewards app, the glass makes communicating your order hard and in our past few visits, we have been charged for extra drinks we didn’t order, in addition to errors in our order. Unfortunately we won’t be going back to this location, which is a bummer as we are definitely fans of Starbucks.
Staff are nice however service was not very quick. Not sure why they only have one restroom operating out of the two on site. The several times we've been there, one is not available. End result, always a line up. Not the best Starbucks we have purchased from.
