McDonald's - Hinton

This is the worst McDonald's store in the world. The manager or the owner of the store has a policy that differs from all stores, and thus the manager of the restaurant stated, when one of the children asked her to drink Pepsi.

Terrible wait times. Every car in the drive-thru that place an order is asked to pull up, they take your money, then they ask you to park. If you order on the mobile app, you're put behind the last drive-thru order. Wait times in excess of 20 minutes consistently rather than occasionally. When we get our order, it's cold of course.Guess you can serve it any way you want when you're the only game in town. Guess we're done playing games.Thanks for playing.

Just ordered today this morning. I saw one customer who only ordered 2 coffee and it took like 15mins for it to finish as they were all focused in drive-thru (we were in the counter waiting to talk to someone but it took too long for someone to come) That customer still was patient and said thanks, have a good day but the blonde girl just walked out and didn 't even smile. So the customer just went wow Our order also took a long time (even tho they weren 't understaffed), the counter was unmanned the whole time, no one was smiling, and they also missed some of our order so we had to go back. My drink was also supposed to be Coffee Frap? but they gave me Vanilla.Overall, horrible customer service

They took away the kids' play structure all because of covid. All of our McDonald's still have their play structures. I got a poor excuse about cleaning it correctly... but they are just lazy. This was always our halfway mark to drive and let the kids out to play, but now we won't be stopping at

I mean, it's McDonald's, so you don't. Really expect any quality, However, this was by far the worst . First off they completely messed up my order. Then when I went and brought it back and showed them, they couldn't correct it without getting the manager involved, and the manager had the Audacity to ask me if I wanted my order corrected. So instead of fixing the entire order which was completely messed up. The only thing I was given was the double big Mac that I ordered. Except this thing was so overcooked. It might as well have been cardboard on a bun. If I could rate this in the negatives I would rate it negative four , get your s together.
