We have tried 4x now.. great venue..nice atmosphere, clean... but if you have to wait 10-15 mins before someone even acknowledges you are there and there are only 2 other tables ..to us that is very poor management.never walked out before.. unfortunately we had too this time ?
It took only a few seconds to be seated and a few minutes to order. Our server was friendly and accommodating. The food overall tasted great, but the spaghetti could have been a little less soggy/soft.Dietary restrictions: Let your server know and they'll sort it out.
They accommodated our large party just before closing time. The food was great. Tacos, pizzas, the healthy bowl all turned out great and were served quickly and with a friendly banter. The restrooms were clean.
We came in for our daughter’s birthday dinner after a long day of hike.And was told we will get a brownie for the birthday gift. However she wanted chocolate explosion, so our waiter told they will give the explosion and subtract the cost.We have a big dinner and when I saw the receipt we got charged for 2 Chocolate explosion, my husband did not ask any questions, paid and left.This is very disappointing, why should we visit this place if this is the quality of the restaurant. Above all when the dessert was served the server spilled it, and did not even opt to bring a new one.Very pathetic service, we will never step into this restaurant again. This ruined our whole day!
I love boston pizza bcus the food never sucks nor service, but the service here was embarrassing, when we arrived there was a hockey game going on, it was around the end of it, so people were leaving. we go our drinks, and ordered our food waiting almost an hour, yes there was 3 of us me my dad and his girlfriend, but once we got the food we didn't have cutlery. now for me i didn't really mind because my dad was going to get us some cutlery and i can just eat my food with my hands. but when he went up to the servers they were on there phones... he went to the back side of the restaurant to see the manger eating off other peoples plates, he was pissed and said a few things, leading on to them kicking us out.. i thought it was hilarious. i grabbed my pizza bread, my dad poured the drinks on the food, they didn't eat.. what an experience
