Since the upper floors were closed, seating was extremely limited, and she turned away many people. When she asked if they were there for takeout and they replied no, she would again say they only had pizza and follow up with, "That's good," but then inform them there were no available seats and walk away without any further assistance. It was clear that she had no regard for the customers or for the business itself. As we were leaving, I noticed a couple walk in, and she didn’t even recognize them for at least five minutes. It was really disappointing to encounter such a rude employee, and because of this experience, we probably won't be returning.
