I'v... read more Been here a handful of times. Always great service from the waiters. Sometimes the runners need to think.. if you bring something with fries, offer ketchup. I've gotten oysters, fried fish, test kitchen items and sushi. All great for a legal (Boston area locations are not that great). New decor is good, but I enjoyed the old look. Lots of space though, usually never packed.

The lobster... read more Hesitant to try this place out because of others stating it's overrated. We went here last minute for lobsters rolls and didn't leave disappointed. The lobster meat was fresh with big chunks of the claws. The best part about the meal was the roll--very buttery and sweet. The roll itself was LARGE. Definitely could have split with my companion as we both only ate 1/2. We also ordered calamari which was crispy/spicy. Service was excellent and attentive. Overall the seafood was comparable to other local places by the water and I would recommend to those visiting the area to check out.

It was supposed to come with a chocolate dipped strawberry but when it arrived I was told they were out of strawberrys. I wasn't offered a replacement. Also, with the entree order, the topper I ordered was also unavailable I was offered to choose another topper, which I did. The food itself was excellent. The drink was ok but would have chosen another if given the choice. It wasn't that the place was busy there were at most 3 other customers at the time noon to one I was there.

The chef prepared a special clams Casi... read more We celebrated my dad's 89th birthday at our favorite restaurant, where we always enjoy the oysters and little neck clams. The chef prepared a special clams Casino for my dad, which was off the menu, and it was exceptional. My mom, dad, and I ordered the fillet of sole, and it was some of the best I've ever had. It brought back memories of going flounder fishing and cooking our catch right away on the beaches of Massachusetts from years ago. Overall, we absolutely love Legal Sea Foods, and I've been a loyal patron my entire life. We'll definitely be back. Thank you for making my dad's birthday so special!
