Bertucci's Italian - HINGHAM

I recently put an order in for pick up for the following day. There was a mixup with the order so I wasn’t going to get it in time. Their employee Jordan kindly delivered the pizza to my meeting, so that we still would get it on time and reimbursed me for the order. Amazing customer service! Also, the pizza was delicious as always.

Angelic is the best bartender/service person she is alway calm cool and collected and alway smiling.

Went to this location tonight, May 3, with my family, to celebrate my brother’s birthday. Food was delicious but the best part was the service. Our server Lorraine F. was amazing!! Best server ever!!! She was very patient with my 80years old mother and very sweet with all my family. We really appreciate that she made our night very special and my brother had a great birthday celebration.

So relaxing. Lots of hot coffee delicious pizza. Michelle was our server. She is really sweet. She greeted us with a great big smile made sure that we were comfortable that everything was perfect. Great outing with my Mother! Thank you Michelle. Thank you Bertuccis! . Vegetarian options: Pasta, veggies, pizza Parking: Plenty of parking close by. Kid-friendliness: Bring my grandchildren here. It is very family friendly.

I would give this restaurant zero stars.Restaurant was NOT busy.Walked in and waited in the foyer.One worker at the pizza oven.Two servers in front of the counter.We waited and waited.No one came over to say someone would be helping us soon.Waited. Waited.Waited.FINALLY LEFT.
