Was John D at Bertucci's a mag?
Alicia at the takeout counter is incredibly friendly and an impressive multitasker! She was managing the entire front end all on her own. The food was fantastic, as always! View all feedback.
What Maggie C dislikes about Bertucci's:
My mom and I stopped at this restaurant on our way to the airport. After a couple of days of vacation, we were feeling exhausted from staying up late the night before. View all feedback.

I visited this restaurant with my family and we had a wonderful experience. It wasn't very crowded at the time, which made for a calm and relaxing atmosphere. I ordered the Chicken Piccata, and I really enjoyed it!

I usually enjoy dining at Bertucci's, which is why I chose this location to celebrate my father-in-law's birthday with my family (including my husband and our two children). While we were seated quickly, it wasn’t at the booth we preferred. After waiting for over 10 minutes without anyone coming to our table to check on us or see if we needed anything—even as other tables that were seated after us were being served—I finally approached the hostess. To my dismay, she didn't even know who our waitress was, and the other servers weren’t willing to assist her. Feeling completely overlooked, we decided to leave. I don’t generally speak poorly of Bertucci's, but I am incredibly disappointed with the Hingham location. In this tough economy, they missed out on a generous tip and a glowing review. I won’t be returning, and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.
We had to wait for a while, and then we noticed that they started seating guests who arrived after us. It seemed they had overlooked our name, and it appeared that the person after us faced the same issue. Everything else was fine, but just be cautious—especially on busy nights when they call out names!
