Contribute FeedbackThe Gravity, a reimagined former Wetherspoon pub, offers a blend of experiences. While some patrons enjoyed the lively atmosphere and friendly service, others faced significant service issues and food quality concerns. Complaints highlighted rude staff, long wait times, and subpar meals, with some even seeking a refund after an unsatisfactory visit. Despite good TVs for watching games and a decent carvery, the restaurant struggles with consistency, leaving many diners disappointed. For those seeking a pleasant dining experience, exploring alternatives may be wise, as The Gravity's reputation remains divisive in the Hinckley area.
Great service, really clean and beautiful atmosphere. had lunch with my daughter, the food was delicious, but absolutely huge portions!
Great atmosphere excellent personal amazing eating will be defo
A beautiful example for a former jd wetherspoon, which is re-imagined as an independent pub. beautiful staff! the barmann owen was very friendly. very satisfied with the brows of the breweries and I hope that next time I will return to hinckley.
I visited 'The Gravity' on Saturday, despite being warned to avoid it. It was my first night out in Hinckley and the experience was so bad that my friends and I ended up taking a £30 taxi to Leicester. The bar staff were extremely rude and did not seem to value their customers based on how they spoke to us. The crowd at the bar wasn't the friendliest either. I would give this place 0 stars if I could, and I would recommend avoiding it if you are looking for a nice bar in Hinckley. It's also worth noting that you can't leave a review on Facebook for this establishment.
When will the women's restroom be completed? I am thoroughly disgusted, as most toilets do not have seats! There is never any toilet paper in the bathrooms!
