Express Wok - Feedback

What Tom j doesn't like about Express Wok:
The dish on the left was supposed to be pork fried rice, but it was just dry, yellow rice that tasted like it had been sitting around for days—completely terrible! On the right was supposed to be crispy beef, but instead, it looked like a mess that had come off the kitchen floor. Where's the crispiness? I can't comprehend their 4.1 rating. This was, without a doubt, the best Chinese food I've had in years. As someone who's quite particular, having grown up in New York, I was truly impressed. I ordered the chicken broccoli in garlic sauce, while my husband had the Happy Family, my son chose General Tso's chicken, and my other son opted for Honey Chicken. The boys also enjoyed fried rice.
