Michael Anthony's Cucina Italiana

We were a group of six and were seated in the "kitchen" area, which is where the cooking classes are held. The atmosphere wasn’t ideal, and we were a bit disappointed at first. However, the exceptional service and food more than compensated for the seating arrangement. Both the quality of the food and the level of service were outstanding. I would highly recommend this restaurant.

We had Priscilla as our waitress, and she was fantastic. She anticipated all our needs and provided excellent recommendations for both food and wine. We tried the veal ravioli and the scallops with gnocchi, and both dishes were outstanding. Although it is on the pricier side, I highly recommend it for a lovely evening out. We also had a brief chat with the chef, who is incredibly knowledgeable and passionate about his cuisine.

Words can't fully capture how wonderful this restaurant is! We arrived for dinner with reservations at the wrong location (we mistakenly booked the café instead of the restaurant), but they graciously accommodated us right away. The ambiance was calm and serene, and the staff treated us like royalty. The carpaccio appetizer was perfectly sliced and bursting with flavor. The tomato soup we ordered was the best we’ve ever tasted. We shared just one entrée, and it turned out to be one of the best meals we’ve had—gnocchi with scallops that was simply beyond description. Even if I tried, I couldn’t do it justice. It's a shame we live in Florida; otherwise, we would dine at this restaurant every week!

We had a fantastic experience at this restaurant! The food was absolutely delicious, and the cocktails were perfectly crafted. Every staff member was exceptional from the moment we walked in until we left. The hostesses greeted us with beaming smiles and warm welcomes, while our servers made us feel like we were the only table in the place. As foodies who travel often, we know the difference between good food and great service, and Precilla truly stood out as one of the best. Kudos to Precilla and Michael Anthony's! After dining at nearly every restaurant on Hilton Head Island, we can confidently say you are the best. We will definitely be back. Thank you for making our family dinner such an enjoyable experience!
