Uncle Billy's Fish Steak House

I was pleasantly surprised when I entered this Old Hawaii gem. I had been there before back in 1989 and while somethings stay the same, many things have changed. For starters the service and the quality of the food were unexpectedly great. My server, Jasmine was polite, pleasant and knowledgeable of the menu and all things Hilo. I had the Prime Rib for $19.95 and it had the best tasting herbs and spices along with a baked potato and vegetables. During my most recent visit, I noticed that Uncle Billy 's is renovating the Restaurant. They have put in new fans, table tops, napkins, glasses, and silverware. New palm lights and more!! If you have been to Uncle Billy 's in a while it 's time to go back!! Have Fun!
