The broth is very delicious and the dipping sauces are unique without fish sauce.

No frills, but very flavorful authentic Vietnamese food. Most of Hilo had restaurants which were overhyped based on their reviews. Lack of A/C is a bit of a bummer especially when eating hot foods like pho. However, service was friendly and food was one of the best bowls of Pho I’ve had.
