The same cashier does not seem to care about getting the orders right. The first time, I ordered a large mashed potatoes with gravy, a small corn, and a side of gravy, but I received the mashed potatoes without gravy. Today, I ordered a large mashed potatoes without gravy and a small corn, but the cashier rang up a small mashed potatoes with gravy and a small mac n cheese instead. I told him it was wrong and he finally got it right, but I didn't realize he had rung up the mac and cheese until I drove off. KFC has the worst mac and cheese in the fast food industry that I have ever had. I will not be returning to this location.

The drive-thru had a long line and moved at a snail's pace. The speaker was broken, so I had to place my order at the window. However, once I reached the window, the service was excellent. The ladies there were quick and efficient. I ordered a 4-piece dinner, and the sides were great. The chicken was good, but I received only dark meat (thighs and legs). I had expected to get a selection that included breast, thighs, leg, and wings. After all, this is Hawaii, and I’m on vacation from Washington, D.C.
