I was told to place my order for eight sandwiches 24 hours in advance, yet there was no option to choose a specific time slot for that. I added special instructions that were initially overlooked when I first called. However, on the second day, a staff member was very accommodating and helpful.

The woman who assisted us gave us an unfriendly stare, suggesting she didn’t want to be there. It's disappointing that they hire people who lack passion for their work. Due to the poor management, I won’t be returning again.
