Wendy's - Hillsville

I ordered two Dave's Double burgers with Coke. The sandwiches were delicious as always. The service was quick and efficient for a take-out order. This was a great lunch option at a reasonable price of $10-20 per person. The food, service, and atmosphere were all rated a 5 out of 5. I highly recommend trying Wendy's French Fries as well.

We stopped at the drive-thru to get some food during our trip. The staff was outside, groaning and complaining about having a customer. The lady on the intercom was rude and immediately said they were out of what we wanted. We decided to leave as it was clear they didn't want any more customers that evening. It was only 8:58 and they don't close until 11. Overall, the service was a 1 out of 5.

The other day, I went through the drive-thru and the loudspeaker was broken, so I had to place my order at the first window. The lady taking my order was fantastic - she was friendly and very attentive! The food was delicious and the rest of the staff was also very friendly. This is definitely the best Wendy's I have ever been to!

Waited over 40 minutes in the drive-thru. It would have been faster to sit down at a restaurant. Definitely not fast service. Rating: 1 star.

A typical Wendy's excels in the quality of their food and service was excellent. The only reason for not giving 5 stars is that, for some unknown reason, the restaurant did not have trays to carry their food to their tables. They didn't even have clean trays available. At the very least, they had pockets.
