The chips tasted disgusting and it was a waste of money. The burgers were okay but unfortunately we will not be coming back.

I used to be a regular at this restaurant. Unfortunately, the owner was incredibly rude and arrogant. I politely asked the waitress to serve the fish separately... read more I used to be a regular at this restaurant. Unfortunately, the owner was incredibly rude and arrogant. I politely asked the waitress to serve the fish separately from the chips, as I have a seafood allergy, and she was happy to accommodate my request. However, the owner decided to ignore my request and served me from the same hot plate anyway. When I mentioned that it was Friday night and that next time I would just take my food to go, he responded incredibly rudely. It's unbelievable how they treat their customers like this. The waitress seemed far more attentive and helpful than the owner, who was too busy chatting on her phone at the window. Good service goes a long way, and they should learn how to treat their customers better. Word of mouth can make a big difference in the success of a business.

However the owner is incredibly rude and arrogant! I kindly asked the shop girl to place the fish separate to the chips as I cannot have sea food, she was happy to do so. In the process the owner decided to have a go at me from the hot plate. Saying 'it's Friday night, next time I'll give you a bag and you can do it at home' - unbelievable! Who treats there customers like that? The store was far from busy as another staff member was leaning on the shop window on her phone! Service goes a long way, you should learn how to treat your customers appropriately as word of mouth can surely do wonders!

They have a positive attitude and readily accommodate my request for plain grilled options, which is not something you find at many places that insist on adding flour to dishes. I highly recommend this restaurant!
