Hillside Kitchen
Hillside Kitchen
Description
Hillside Kitchen offers a diverse dining experience that leaves patrons divided. While some rave about standout dishes like the spareribs and General Tso chicken, others lament issues with food quality and service. Reports of inconsistency, including underwhelming chicken chow mein and unappetizing fortune cookies, contrast sharply with praise for friendly staff and accommodating service. Though the restaurant's exterior may not impress, many find the food to be a hidden gem. Regulars appreciate the affordable lunch specials and note that the owners strive for quality, making it a noteworthy spot for Chinese cuisine—if diners can endure a few pitfalls.

Tso Chicken was very juicy and tender. It wasn't that rubbery consistency. The crab rangoon was delicious. They do not skimp out on the filling. Very decent spot. Food: 5 Service: 5

First time here. And I’m impressed. Guy at the counter was patient and nice. Chicken wings was good and the general Tso chicken combination plater was done good too. Love that they use chunks of white meat for the general Tso. I gotta try their lo mein to see if it stands up to New York Chinese food. This is my new Chinese spot Service: Takeaway
Lady was rude and screamed at me when I asked a question! Service: Delivery Service: 1
Food is really good but they need to be more organized and get peoples names when ordering ! They gave me someone else's order ! I call to tell them and she tells me to come back! They can't be rushing! Take names!! Otherwise food is one of the best! Service: Takeaway Meal type: Dinner
