Contribute FeedbackThe worst experience ever! While staying at a local hotel, I called to place an order. The person on the line hung up on me before I even finished my order or completed my payment, which should have been a red flag for me to cancel. Instead, I made the mistake of calling back and providing my credit card information. After waiting 45 minutes, my order arrived, and several items were completely wrong. I called back to resolve the issue, but I was put on hold multiple times, spoke to three different people, and they insisted that I had made the mistake with my order. I was then told that if I didn't want the incorrect order, I could just return it to the driver. When I inquired about whether the correct order would be sent, I was told that I would have to pay for it again. I asked if I could simply return the wrong food and get a refund, and they agreed, but I won’t hold my breath. I wouldn't be surprised if most of their profits come from overcharging tourists who won't stay long enough to complain.
