Wendy's - Hillsdale

First time in the place, not very crowded and generally good 3.8/5

I ordered DoorDash this evening from Wendy’s. I’ll start off with this is not the usual store I get my Wendy’s from which was my first issue. Everything I got was cold after getting it from the door. As soon as I got the “delivered” notification I brought it inside. All my nuggets were cold and hard to bite into. The fries were crispy but also cold. And the burger was SERIOUSLY overcooked and also cold and was inedible. I expected fast food joints to have better quality of food late at night because they start to make to order by this time of night as opposed to putting tons of food in warmers for whenever they get ordered. But this experience tells me otherwise at least for this location.

The food is good quality for fast food, and at a decent price for your dollar. I got a Jr. Bacon Cheeseburger Biggie Bag (includes small fries, drink, and 4 pc. nuggets), a small chili and a small Frosty for 10 and change.

DO NOT EAT HERE!!!! The food is terrible and the past two times i’ve eaten here the food has made me so sick I’ve thrown up. On top of that the manger and employees are so rude. Horrible customer service. If you really want wendy’s go to a different location you’d just be wasting your money
