Kfc - Hillsborough

The ordered 12pc delicate family meal instead got a 12pc bone. when I circled around the drive, Kassierer wanted to argue that I did not tender, although I did. to have to wait 15 minutes, that was not worth the argument.

If I could, I would call it zero. The worst KFC I was in Hillsborough Rd, Durham, NC. The staff is terrible, terrible!!! Not polite, without care setting and this goes on. I was very patient with the fast food company. Do not expect customers to be treated very unprofessional and not complain. In most cases, prices have risen and customer service is not available. Act, as you want, that the business and your customers will continue to support you.

Spent 30 minutes in the drive thru line, had to explain my.order three times and then had to tell the girl at the window she was overcharging me for my food. Don't ever get off I-85 or I-40 on a trip to stop here for a quick bite. It won't be quick.

Ordered from both places (Taco Bell and KFC). I was talking to the attitude because I had started the second place to order. The lady sighed and sounded like she had an attitude. When she gave me my sum, it was muttering, so I ask her to repeat it. Again she sighs loud and says the crowd and asks if I'm threatened? If this is the setting you get at the order, I can imagine how the rest of the experience is. Never again

The KFC/Taco bell served only the chicken and I find only that after sitting in the drive, it was impossible to pull out for 20 minutes.
