Subway - Hillsboro

I visited this restaurant to take advantage of a free sandwich promotion. The veggie wrap, which usually costs $10, is my go-to choice as a vegan. With 400 loyalty points, I received a $2 discount. However, I was disappointed when the staff only put a few olives on my 6-inch sandwich. After asking for more, I was still not satisfied. On the other hand, when I requested jalapenos, the staff happily added a generous amount, making the sandwiches much more enjoyable. Overall, while I was disappointed with the lack of olives, I was pleased with the jalapenos.

Excellent customer service from the staff, with a special shout out to an outstanding worker named Malachi. He displayed great energy, was respectful, and consistently performed his duties exceptionally well.
