Starbucks - Hillsboro

I don't understand why you're able to ask for certain things like no whip on the bottom and they just can't seem to do it. This is the 3rd time because 3rd times a charm. I notified them when I ordered no whip on the bottom, drink comes out whip at the bottom. They ask me to pull around to the front and they will remake it, ok great, mop that is not what happened. They just poured it into a new cup because there is whip still towards the bottom. I have gotten nothing but horrible service from this location! I was the only car in the drive thru at that time as well so I don't understand how it can be so hard. SMH.

Just got an amazing coffee at Starbucks. It’s so wonderful how chill and cool the atmosphere is they even let their employees chill out the drive-through window simply amazing.

Everyday I come here and they are all so very nice. My drink had a cracked side and spilled everywhere and they were so concerned and helped me and remade my drink!! Ty everyone there!!

The coffee drinks are really good, especially the brown sugar oatmeal expresso. The employees are always friendly and provide excellent service. Isaac always makes my drinks perfectly.
