Excellent customer service! Ordered two cheese steaks to go, got home and discovered that one had onions and peppers in it (I had ordered it plain with just cheese and steak). Called the manager Tommy and explained the situation; he was so nice and offered me a replacement sandwich at no charge. It's rare nowadays to find such good customer service.
