Jersey Mike's Subs - Hillsboro

Excellent customer service! Ordered two cheese steaks to go, got home and discovered that one had onions and peppers in it (I had ordered it plain with just cheese and steak). Called the manager Tommy and explained the situation; he was so nice and offered me a replacement sandwich at no charge. It's rare nowadays to find such good customer service. I will be back soon for the delicious cheese steaks and the friendly service.

Are you hungry enough to trade your arm and leg for a yummy Sammich and soda? Well if so, you will not be disappointed. Best customer service ever!!! There's usually a guy (unironically named Mike) who's making your sandwiches like there's a gun to his head and his life depends on it. Love him and his work ethic. Give the man a raise.

Very good subs. Love their rolls. They had the best meatball subs of any place and now they don't carry them anymore. Sad

Had a great experience here. First time I've even been in a Jersey Mike's. Love that they cut the meats as they prepare the sandwich. Friendly staff. Will definitely go back.

We ordered online for pickup, the app said 5- 15 minutes. We went to pick up the sandwiches, and they were not ready and there were several people waiting. It ended up being almost 40 minutes to get our order. Throughout, the Jersey Mike's staff was working hard and fast, and they were all polite and as helpful as they could be to customers. Thank you for your hard work and great service.
