Hot Pot 'n ' Sushi - Hillsboro

Very Nice. I went to this fine establishment once and realized I had forgotten my wallet after I consumed a large meal of delicious sushi. The lady at the cash register was sympathetic and let me leave. I thought to myself as I was leaving, 'I should come back and pay my tab. ' But then I didn 't. Tip them big next time for me.

This had been one of my favorite sushi spots in Hillsboro. They stopped answering their phone last week and when I came by today to order in person the restaurant is cleared out.

This location is pretty good! The train isn't always well kept up with, and getting refills on water or trying to order sake can be a pain.

Hot Pot N Sushi is my families go to place for sushi. My 6 year old son gets entertained by the conveyor system and loves that we can as soon as we sit down and don't have to wait for our food. They do a pretty good job on the sushi. I also love the spicy tofu soup. It's got the right level of spiciness. Prices are are always set to happy hour rates so I give good marks on value. They give free refills on sodas that just adds to the value. The staff are always great. Very responsive and check regularly on you. Tip: Any sushi that you don't see on the conveyor can be ordered at the same price, for most items. So if you don't see what you are looking for check the menu and you can request it. This is especially true for any sushi items that have any fried or tempura items on it. For example, fried shrimp or tempura veggies.

This belt sushi restaurant must come and eat! I was served very warmly by good staff. I love rolls here, especially Lion king and Dragon are the best! The price is a pretty decent and affordable. Ramen is my second favorite here.
